replacement floor

my lorry is going to need a new floor in the not to distant future, its a ford cargo 813 and carries 4. anyone know how much i will roughly be looking at? the underneath is ok but is starting to rot in the corners under the rubber matting. also can anyone recommend anyone in suffolk/east anglia to replace it

Hi,

I had the floor replaced in my Daf 3 horse lorry. It cost £1000. This included checking and replacing (where needed)the steel struts under the floor.

Mine had rotted all the way along the horses bum side, where the windows had leaked for a very long time with out previous owner repairing them

I now lift the mats after use to allow floor to dry and have sealed around any bits of mat that I cant lift

I took it to Thorpe Horseboxes in Clacton-on-Sea - they have a website
