Replacing girth straps on Ansur/Solution saddle?

For those of you with old-style Ansur/Solution saddles -

if you have had to replace worn-out girth straps did you send the saddle to Solutions (this is an old Ansur so wondered if they would even want to!) or have a local saddler replace with an exact same new set?

I took a solution (older style) to a local saddler for a damaged girth strap replacement. He did an excellent job.

Mine went to Solution - but they are local to me

I wouldn't hesitate to send it to a local saddler.

I thought it would be fine to go to a good local saddler but just wanted to check I wasn't missing something!
The Ansur's getting on a bit now but pony likes it so want to keep it going as long as possible.
