I know a few people have done this, so i'm after advice. When people say they replaced the lorry floor, do they generally mean ripping out the entire living, partitions, the lot, and replacing the floor of the whole lorry? Or do people just replace the floor of the horse area?

just the horse area, unless you've been weeing on the living floor!
(sorry, couldn't resist!)
horse urine is very corrosive, hence the need to replace the floors. there's presumably no reason why the living floor would be weakened in any way... i hope!

Well the lorry in question belongs to another HHO member and she doesn't seem like the weeing on the floor type ! Thanks for that, though, it does put my mind at rest a bit. Keep fingers crossed for me - I REALLY want a lorry !

If i understand it correctly and I'm not sure I do! They rmove the floor from underneath the lorry- put it on those things that lift it up that they have at garages- there is a technical name! and take it out from the bottom so no need to remove anything as there are a few layers to most floors!
