I have an old trailer with a relatively new wooden floor. Due to various reasons the trailer's not moved since April this year. I've been checking it over and oiling doors etc however I'm almost certain it will need a new floor. There seems to be dampness at the sides and I've heard this is where it first starts to go.
So is it possible to replace the sides and leave the rest? The floor is only a few years old, it seems to be the way rain has been getting in that is rotting the side bits.
