hi guys, don’t want to reveal any identities so will keep as anonymous as possible but let’s say a bhs instructor is very rude and shouts in close proximity even when we ask her to stop re corona who would you report them to? I honestly really want to make a positive difference and she needs to be held accountable. Would you report to the bhs? Thanks so much

Eh, every instructor is different and everyone responds to teaching styles differently. I learnt more from my very scathing, mean, angry, German instructor than I ever did from the previous instructor who was always cheerful, lovely and practically dripping rainbows.

You best find a better suited instructor. Please don't report someone for being 'rude', it's silly.

If I were going to report someone for being rude, I would report them to their employer. That may be the centre manager/owner in some cases, or yourself if it is a freelancer. For yourself, if it is a freelancer, I would simply sack them! If at a centre, ask not to have that trainer again.

I would report to the BHS if they were breaking important policies, such as safeguarding, but not for rudeness alone.

Unfortunately OP, you're going to meet many people like this in your life. Deep breath and walk away, just dont use them again. Life is too short to get hung up about other's rudeness.

It doesnt get any better as you get older either ?, still the same obnoxious people in the world, you just have to rise above them and realise you hold the upper hand as you can just walk away and not deal with them anymore. ?
