Requisite Trailers: Anyone else had this problem?

I have a requisite trailer thats not even 3 years old and having had the front ramp spring sheer off about 7 months ago, the trailer went out at the weekend and now one of the rear ramp springs has sheered off too. It also looks like the other one on the rear ramp is on it's way out.

Now, I've not been terribly vigilent about keeping things greased, e.t.c, but surely a trailer that's been out no more times than I can count on my fingers shouldn't be falling apart like this?

No it shouldn't.Have you contacted Robinsons? Have you contacted local trading standards?They can be very good.

Both my next ports of call! Was just wondering whether it was a common fault or just mine.

oh dear doesnt sound good :S i have a cheval liberte wich is very similar and it was a 2003 edition and nothing is wrong yet

Not good. I have never heard of this happening before x
