Rescue pony/ Rehoming Centres

Hi,

Does anybody know of any rescue centre's around the Midlands? I am based in Notts and the nearest ILPH is in Norfolk. I have seen a pony that would be suitable at Hall farm in Norfolk but I am worried that it will be too far for it to travel.
