Rescue Remedy?

Yes I have, its not a miracle cure but I think it helps by taking the sharpness off your nerves.
I recently returned to riding my horse after him being schooled and me taking lessons elsewhere to get my confidence back and I used some then, I was really chilled and calm on him which was much better than I anticipated.
I dunno whether it was the rescue remedy or me being much more confident now, but I have took it since when riding solo for the first time on him and again I felt it helped.

It certainly wont do you any harm anyway, and at about a fiver for a bottle, its not expensive to try x

I used it before the dentist and whilst being initially sceptical of it, it did work for me! Was as happy as larry and so from then on was hooked.

You can get the lozenges which are brilliant; stick one in your mouth if you're at all stressy plus you can put one in your pocket for later!

Presumably it would work for horses as well ...??? But you'd have to use gallons I guess? Any natural "therapists" out there who can enlighten?
