Researching the Disciplinary History of a Farrier

Hi,

I'd like to research the disciplinary history of a farrier in Kent, where I am based. I know he has had disciplinary action taken against him in the past, but I don't know what it was for.

I have tried googling his name and keywords I think are relevant, but haven't found anything.

I have emailed the FRC to complain about his conduct with my horse, but just wanted to try and do some research.

unfortunately not It was in the 90s I think, so the records don't go back that far :/
