I'm sorry to do another thread, but I wanted to say thank you to you all for your thoughts and words.
I'm amazed at how calm I am

I did all my crying and said all my goodbyes last night.
It was really, really peaceful. She stuffed herself silly on all of her favourite foods, and the sun was shining. She got hugs from my YO and groom, and then I stayed with her, with a friend, and told her what a good girl she was. The vet was brilliant, I can't thank him enough. I'm just so relieved that she's not suffering anymore.

Thank you all for your help and support, and all the lovely messages I've had. An enormous thank you to CBAnglo, who I've never met, but who has been so kind and generous to me in the last few weeks.

Rest in peace, Tocha.

Run free little girl. You can kick up your heels to your heart's content, it won't hurt anymore xx

Beautiful pictures. I was amazed how calm i was when my boy was put to sleep 3 weeks ago nearly. I think it shows that it was the right decision.
