Resting right hind

Would you worry about an 18yo horse resting right hind more than the other? I had physio the other day and I knew she was a bit stiff behind over her sacroiliac region (previous problem, which is now fine). After he treated her he said she was sound and looked fine.

Most horses favor one hind to rest. So long as she is sound and happy, and does actually sometimes rest the other one, I wouldn't worry! We can look far too closely at horses sometimes! I bet she has always rested one more than the other.
