Results incorrect on BD website...?

Any ideas why this might be....?

We entered and won a BD Prelim class a couple of weeks ago, the results are up but I'm not listed at all under any section of the class....nor when I search under my name or horses' either! Just a bit worried as this was a class to count for points for regionals qualifications. I'm a paid up member, pony is just an associate.

Under the new system the horse has to be fully registered to get regional qualification, but they don't seem to have publicised this change. I'd have expected your result to appear under the gold section though, not completely removed. Have you tried phoning BD?

Ah right - thanks - I guess there's me not reading the rules properly again! I assumed still that the horse just needed to be registered at the point of competing at regionals so I'd best check that out. I've not spoken to them yet but I'll drop in an email now and call next week. That may explain it but not good if we are just totally omitted from searchable results for her comp record!!
