She went lame a few days ago I had the vet out to scan her leg as her tendon was warm but nothing.
Vet will be coming back Monday.
noticed today went picking out hoof that frog was very soft and crumbly.
I lost a horse to canker previously so hopefully not that and hopefully thrush. Can anyone shed any light what they think could be

From the photo it looks a bit like a slice in the frog, is it like that? Maybe stood on flint or similar.

Without vet or Farrier others little you can do other than treat for thrush, no harm in it. I like to so a cider apple vinegar rinse then field paste or similar.

My go to if you're thinking it is thrush is syringing with diluted hydrogen peroxide but definitely a vet/farrier job if lame. I have had horses with hot swollen legs simply from an abscess, so warm tendons may well be from foot.
