Retirement livery yards in Essex

Are there any? Preferably somewhere with good fencing and water/natural shelter, and big ask, with single sex turnout.

Will consider anything, e.g. grass livery with services.

My yard is in Colchester... Its just a few paddocks with three 'takeable-downable' stables. Its all post and rail fencing with electric fencing run off the mains to seperate fields. Its only me there at the moment, there was one other person who'd been there yonks but she's just left. Grass livery is £15 a month and for a stable too, its £25... theres no facilities like a menage etc, and its run by a lady who is happy to provide any services, DIY, part or full livery. Not sure if thats any help or not?

Thank you for your post - Colchester is a bit far for me really. Ideally looking no further out of London than Chelmsford as I would like to get to the yard a couple of times a week - just need someone on hand to feed/change rugs etc or otherwise a retirement livery yard that offers different packages etc.
