Returning Items To Premier Equine

My liner came and I was very happy with it - until I put it on my horse that is!

My horse is 16.2, wears 6.3/6.6ft rugs - so I boxed clever and bought a 6.9ft for nice wrapability..

Only this liner stops in line with his sodding stifle!!!!!! I am really peeved - there is no way its a 6'9ft and thats for sure - its not even give or take for different brands - this is genuinely not the size they have said it is.

So how are PE for returning things? I cant even take a chance now because they only go up to 7'3 and who says thats going to fit?! lol

Give them a call - have always been good about returns etc. Did you buy the liner from the sale? I only ask as there were some liners in the sale that were marked as seconds as they were shorter than normal - wonder if you ordered one of them by mistake?

I'm waiting for two of those & only ordered normal size, so not good news! Sure it must've been labeled wrongly.

The liners were from the sale - and it does say they are shorter in depth - as far as I knew depth is to the floor - and not length - or am I being thick?

Had a rubbish experience with them some years ago when a turnout rug leaked like a sieve. Their customer service left a LOT to be desired. Hope for your sake that they have greatly improved since then!

She ranges in PE between 6'6-7'0
The turnout she now has is 6'9 and its a tad big and she is normally a 6'6-6'9 in rugs

And yes Sol is a little bit bigger (16.3/17hh)

I had a vague recollection about it saying something! No its not you then....in my experience their rugs normally come up on the large side so I would give them a call before you return it as they are really very helpful and maybe able to sort it out for you so get on that is the proper size - maybe just wrong label or something.

Same here. Ordered a 6'3" as my horse is a true 6'3". The liner was atleast 2, possibly 3 sizes too short.
I rang and they said to send it back for an exchange although I will then have had to pay x3 p&p charges.
The girl I spoke to said they are designed to be slightly shorter so they don't stick out the back of the rug but my 6'3" only measures about 5'10" and it was ridiculously small!

My pony wears 5'6" rugs, I ordered a 5'6" liner - and it fits my pony just fine!

Just to be the odd one out!!

I had a reply - saying that basically their liners are 3" shorter than they say they are.

Fantastic. What a clever idea.
