I know some of you think I'm being the controlling one here, but honestly and truely, I am really trying to accommodate this person's requirements, but also the requirements of my horse (if that makes sense).
I think the main problem here is that you have a poorly run yard - which has resulted in liveries really doing what they like. Which in turn has resulted in you feeling as you do.
Really, though - it's of no consequence to you when or if her horse goes out. She just needs to know what field to turn out in. And the only accomodation that needs to be made by you is understanding that.
As others have said - talk to the YM if you have a problem. Other than that, just enjoy your horse as you've done previously - and let others get on with what they do without worrying about it.
