Not sure of the technical name of them... But mean the Iveco, 3.5 tonne van boxes?

I never take more than 2 horses anywhere, so our beautiful 7.5tonne box is for sale, and on the hunt for something smart and small. We don't have a 4X4 so trailers aren't an option.

Does anyone have a 3.5 Van box, and are they easy to drive, use, load into, out of etc?

Thanks

my friend at the yard has an iveco and loves it. she reckons it drives like a big car, and her horse seems to travel well in it.

only thing i would say, if you're taking more than 1 horse than the weights might be an issue. her payload is only 1.1t and she has a 15.3 irish draught x who weighs about 600kg.

once u add tack, water, hay, passengers and a tank of fuel, there would only be enough payload for a very small pony, if that

HTH:)

My friend has an equicruiser one ,side load, tack box behind ,horse travels facing forward lovely living with a bed for one it's really nice . I agree with the post above that you must check the wieght issue out carefully.
