To get a day ticket for a small hunter to compete in an RI qualifier, do they need a height certificate??

A day ticket will not allow you to enter a RI qualifier, unless my reading of the rules is incorrect, for normal classes on a ticket you do not need a height cert.

You can't do RI qualifiers on a day ticket any more. You must be a full member.

Urgh how annoying, when did that change? I did one on a ticket last year and qualified so paid up and off we went. My HW is out of action so not keeping up with the rules this year!

Thank you everyone! The day ticket bit of the website said I could, but he needs a height cert so I'm not going to do it, I'll do the unaff one instead.
