Rice trailer - refurbishments etc

Anyone with an old Rice trailer have the following problems.

water leaking in through front window.

putting up saddle racks, or other hooks and stuff to hang things on.

If you managed to put it right or put stuff up, how did you do it?

Numpty question, perhaps but want to get it right and not make holes in trailer they may cause a problem later.

Nope not had any problems with water leaking in through window, but I can't see where you will have room to put up saddle racks etc by the time my 2 are in with haynets thats it no room for anything else.

We had problem with water leaking in thru front window. OH took window and rubber seal out, cleaned both and opening, refitted and then sealed with shower sealant. Bingo no more leaks.
Agree with SallyEllis can't see where you would put saddle racks.

I think the saddle rack is a hopeless case looking at the space we have, so knocking that on on the head. Thanks for the tips re the shower sealant. Will advise OH
