Richandson.co.uk problems?

Good morning.

I placed an order with this company about 3 weeks ago - I got an email confirming the order, however since then, nothing. I've emailed them, rung them, no one replies. Not had the order turn up or had any contact from them.
Have since found out that a friend of mine ordered with them before Christmas, and they've been unable to get any response from this company about getting the order or getting the money back.

Wondering if anyone else is having problems with them and what I should possibly do about this? Not happy as I've had to put off plans with the horse I'd bought the items for as I can't get them anywhere else.

Shocker - Today I have emailed them from a different address asking about postage if an order is placed, and they replied instantly.

Replied informing them of the current waiting situation with my order, was told it would be looked into, and now are back to ignoring any contact. Seriously not impressed!

Said that before Christmas too!

I emailed this company several more times asking for them to sort it. Upon mentioning legal action, I got this a very illiterate reply about they think they are an honest company and the problem is on this one occasion their supplier hasn't delivered to them or to me. This quite clearly isn't the case as a family member has had the same problem and also I received 2 pm's from people with the same problem. I don't know what they are aiming to get out of not bothering to contact, reply or email people but i'm not impressed at all. I suggest anyone wanting to use this company should look elsewhere as you're clearly not going to get your things.

Sounds like trading standards need to be involved with this company - might make them get their finger out! Thanks for the warning, will not bother using them. I hope you get either a refund or your goods asap xx
