Hello all!
So I ended up buying a richardson supreme ultra trailer as the height would allow enough room for my 17.2 tb who has a really high head carriage and likes to be a *ick to load and unload so we needed the extra room.
The one we bought had already had the floor reinforced and changed to airline grade aluminium, the panels were all swapped to aluminium composite so they wouldn't rot, the shoes, linkages, bearings, tyres and lines were all replaced and upgraded.
We got it at a really good price with full width breast bars. Due to the huge vet bills we just had to pay out for our tb, we didn't have a huge budget for our first trailer. The only thing that needed replacing was the rear ramp which I did myself and wasn’t difficult at all once I got my head around it!
When we went to pick the trailer up, there were quite a few partitions available but they sold out pretty rapidly! Now I'm really struggling to get a partition for it but need to carry 2 horses so I'm getting rather frazzled with it!
If anyone could recommend where to buy one or adapt one, I would be greatly appreciative!!
