I was just wondering what people thought of this venue as it is between there and Beaver Hall at the moment where I will be taking Grace to do the Areas in 2 weeks time (P.S. trotted her up this morning and she looked, dare I say it, sound

)

P_G, I'm not getting too excited as it was only me trotting her up but I looked behind the whole time (as I have been doing all week) and she was more even in her bottom movement and the left was not dropping any more than the right when she trotted. I am going to ride her tonight and see how she feels... but in reality we have 2 weeks yet, although I do have a lesson with Spencer on Tuesday

nat1003, are you definitely going to Richmond? Just had a quick look at your post, it looks as though there should be plenty of room for warm up. Are you there on the Sunday or the Saturday? I am only doing Prelim and Novice so probably won't see you, but good luck and if we are both there you never know, we might bump into each other (hopefully not literally

Im sure she will be sound by your lesson on tuesday

Ive got a lesson with Andrew on friday, cant wait - i havent been for a lesson with him for so long (5wks now!)

Ooo... how exciting!

I haven't had a lesson for 4 weeks and cannot wait to get back on and ride. I hate having three ponies and not one of whom I can ride!!! Hopefully, I won't feel too out of practice when I get on tonight

Richmond's great, i've been there loads of times. They have a very nice big indoor school and 3 outdoor arenas. Never done dressage there only SJ and eventing, but their big outdoor that they use for competitions is fantastic - huge and lovely surface. Loads of space for warm ups and they are putting a cover over one of the outdoors as well so it is undercover for winter.
Lorry parking good, easy access off the A1, and relatively well organised compared with some other places I've been to.

Richmond is great!!!! Just up the road from me, have competed Sam there a few times.

You'll have to let me know if you are all coming to compete there, will come and watch!

Yes im definatly going up on sunday so probably wont see you. Ive got a feeling it will be an early start as it takes 2 hours to get there.
