Ricky Sawyer new occupation

I just can't understand why people aren't prosecuted for this sort of thing - and yet other crimes which are far less harmful are vigorously pursued. Gross negligence manslaughter is a crime. Is there a GBH equivalent. Assault? Consent forms should not protect the Sawyers of this world because it is not INFORMED consent.

Also why can't people sue? Its appalling that people like him merrily maim and risk the lives of women day in day out without giving a monkeys, and no-one seem to be able to do anything about it.

There was a bbc podcast on this recently and they explained why it was complicated I just can’t remember why! I’ll see if I can find it again
 
Its so frustrating that people like him are allowed to just carry on fleecing people and causing harm, the police and trading standards will have multiple reports about him and the damage he's done to people's lives so they do... nothing.
 
The police should certainly be looking into where he is getting prescription only drugs from at the very least. It sounds like there is a Dr involved whose name has been bleeped out and who needs to be looked into also.

It may be that they can but for what ever reason decided not to. He will undoubted be aware that even if the person gets a ccj against him that it's very difficult to get any money, especially if you are self employed and quickly transfer all your income into another persons bank account. It's a strategy used by many dodgy dealers, it also wouldn't stop him from continuing. If he's moving from place to place it's difficult to locate him to send bailiffs in and his business assets are almost nil - a pop up clinic in a rented room. It needs the police to stop saying it's another forces responsibility and get him put in prison where he belongs.

Well exactly! No force is accepting responsibility for investigating. Very VERY poor.

Nice. Hopefuly the fecking police can add malicious communications/threats to the charges and send the entire repellent family down.
 
Honestly he’s another one a baseball bat to the face would be too good for. He needs tied down and injected with that shit without any numbing then left to see how it feels 🤬

Disgusting the way people can just charge for this stuff and stick it into people and there is no regulatory body responsible! Things need to change!

Just listened to some of this, I felt sick so can't get through it all in one go. Interestingly a guy from one of the councils said that they couldn't prosecute because the witnesses would not sign formal statements relating to their experiences. This rather ties in with this:

That's what I feel, where is he getting the drugs from? Same with dealers who drug horses up with drugs meant for hyper active children - how do you get hold of them???
