I bought myself a beautiful Tweed jacket after Christmas and must admit, I look pretty smart in it
I have also been placed more highly in our classes, so obviously doing something right.
Anyway, I get really hot in the jacket which is fine for ridden, but when I am in an in hand class, I just melt!
Last year while spectating at Chatsworth, I fell in love with a beautiful tweed waistcoat, but eventually talked myself out of it. This year, it was there again, and because it was from last years range, it was half price! So I snapped it up to do my in hand classes in.
My aim is to wear my tweed jacket for ridden and the waistcoat for in hand, but could I wear the waistcoat for ridden if the weather is really hot? I wouldn't wear it as a rule, but be nice to know if it were acceptable in very hot weather.
Thanks
