Does anyone have any experiance of showing saddles for ridden hunter and if so what would they recommend, seems to be a fairly limited choice?

A brown one specially for showing (straight cut saddle flaps) if you are doing this regularly. Otherwise a brown GP, not point in spendin £800 or show for one or two shows.

Ideal do a couple of nice showing saddles and I think Fylde saddlery specialise in showing sadlles

Ideal Ramsey for a proper show saddle, or the Ideal Working Hunter for a saddle that is very good for showing, but you can jump, hunt etc in it.

I have both and TBH prefer the WH

Ideal do a show saddle and a working hunter
Fylde do a very large range, show and several WH styles
Jeffries do WH
Keith Bryan do a show/wh
also Black Country, Farringtons, Barnsby, etc
Have a look on Ebay for some idea of styles and makes.
