Hi all,

Anyone any experience with the above company? have been searching for a Horseware jacket all over the internet and found it on their website but because i've not heard of them before throught best to seek opinions

What? You've never heard of Rideaway - where have you been??! Lol. Never had any problems ordering from them online although normally I just go to the store anyway.

First place I look for anything. Bought loads of stuff, all of it has been cheaper than elsewhere, and arrived on time and intact and fit for purpose.

I've ordered from them twice, first time they sent the wrong item, second time the item took a month to arrive.

Would never online horse shop anywhere else! I found the customer services fanastic and they are happy to leave you parcel by the door or in the shed if your not at home which saves loads of time!

I would say I am a regualr customer... the delevery person knows my dog's name

i have used over anumber of years, regualry, and any odd misktake they have made they have corrected quickly. Ordered some stuff off them on thursday, before the royal wedding and it came on the tuesday depsite there being two bank holidays!

Mail ordered and been for days out at their shop in Yorkshire (its a good few mile away). Brilliant customer service, will leave parcel with next door, and when I had to return a pair of boots that didnt fit, the refund was in my bank within 24 hrs. Very happy with the service they give.

I've always found them very helpful when ringing to equire about things or when I've been to the shop.

I do all my horsey shopping online (living in the back of beyond as I do) and the only ones I use are Rideaway and EqC - very reliable and the only time they made a mistake they were very helpful and sorted it straight away.

The other reason I rate them is that P&P is reasonable and they don't think I live on another planet and charge 3x like most of the others do

As long as you don't work for them they are great. As an employer they are worse than the devil, hope they burn in hell and then get p*****d on by a giant elephant after the flames have reduced them to ashes

Rideaway is my shop of choice, you can see what's in stock - fab and they are always quick on delivery and good CS!
