Ride Irish - any info please

I was wondering if anyone has had any dealings with 'Ride Irish'? I have seen a lovely horse for sale on their web site and would like to know any past dealings with them if possible. Many thanks.

Thanks, the more info the better as they are quite a distance....been to see a few horses that havent been quite what they're described as from other people...!!!!!!!! Getting fed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friend bought a nice coloured from there and has been very happy with him.

Not heard any horror stories

tell them exactly exactly what you want/are looking for and dont tell him your ceiling figure.lovely stamps of horses

Sorry, but my experience was NOT good, and I have heard many horror stories about them.

When I was up on a yard in Sussex, one of the girls there used to work there and bought her lovely ISH from them. As far as I could tell the yard was not a pleasant place for horses.

I got as far as vetting a stunning ISH - turned up 1/2 before the vetting and the horse was just being untacked.......needless to say and as hard as it was I just walked away on the recommendation of my vet who sad that she had heard a few horror stories.

Although it take a while to get my deposit back I did and i did get an apology for the horse being excersied - apparently it was a misunderstanding and they were just trying to get the mud of!!!!

Was a shame as up until that point I had had a very good experience and on the 3 occasions i visited the yard the horses all looked happy and everything was clean and tidy.

He always has lovely irish types, really nice one came to our yard recently, seriously sensible pony, got 78% in his first dressage test with Rachel off here

I have only heard good things about RideIrish. I know of quite a few people who have bought from them and everybody has been very happy. All horses have been as described apart from horses seem to be a year or so younger than as described. If you're prepared for that I think you will be fine.

Bit hit and miss! don't give them a max budget whatever you do! I know someone who actually got a fairly nice horse from them, he was younger than they said but he is very honest. Also seen a couple of bad ones from them. I would just go in with your eyes open!
