Ride- on tack sales- any good ?

just wondering if anyone has been to a sale of theirs, they are holding one at a local village hall on Saturday.
I didn't know if it was good stuff or cheap stuff you wouldn't really buy.So don't know whether to buy a couple of things from EC or wait and see.

Would be interestedto hear from anyone.

Not sure. The few I've been to have been good for basics like numnahs/saddlepads, jods, headcollars etc.

A lot of the tack an be economy/Indian leather so you need to check that.

From what I remember they have discontinued or end of line stock from good brands quite cheap. As I said, good for basics but not great if you're looking for anything in particular.

If you have a few horses it's easy to spend too much on 'needs'

Some bargains to be had but equally, some rip offs.


Just to say, the ones I went to weren't Ride-On I don't think. Think it was liquidation stock or similar. Was a few years ago anyway.

Thanks Chestnut_mare, sometimes they sell items that are cheap and cheap quality also, so not really a bargain.

I have been on their website but didn't find much, will probably order from EC and go and have a nosey on Saturday .
