can get it next day if ordered before 2pm. Think delivery for that is bout £9. Have used them a farir bit and stuff always comes next day when you pay that bit xtra.
Fab service!
Usually a couple of days if you get normal delivery. If it is going to be any longer during busy times (Christmas etc) they normally have a notice that comes up when you go to pay.
Ideally I need it back by next Friday at the latest! But it's bank holiday so I wonder if it'll get here if I order it tonight. Oh well, I won't find it elsewhere so will take the risk. On a different note, is it correct to have to plain reins or one plain and a plaited (or was it laced) on the curb? I just remember it being mentioned on here and wondered what correct.
ETS all seems positive feedback there - yey! My credit card will probably melt tonight!
Ride away are my favourite mail order people, never ever let me down! The longest delivery from them took 3 days and that was at Christmas! Never any problems with returns either.
Re: Double reins: thicker, laced reins for snaffle rein, thinner, plain reins for the curb rein. With a Cob I'd have 3/4" laced for snaffle and 5/8" plain for curb, although you do see two sets of 3/4" sometimes.
Thanks jnb. I've only ridden other people's horses in them and they've been plain reins, I was struggling to remember what had been said here! Have a nice set of plain reins so thanks to you I have an excuse to buy some laced ones!
I love rideaway fair on price and great on service.
I bought a browband last thursday for a saddlery with a reputation ( couldnt get it anywhere else ) meant to come 2nd class and still waiting for it a week on grrrrrr.
