rider ads?

as many of you know my horse will be out of work for atleast 6 months.

and ive heard of putting ads up for horses.
but never riders.

I got told to put up an ad saying experienced rider looking for part time agreement and so and so!

would you consider someone riding your horse if they put an ad up?

I have had some replies from an ad I put up on newrider.com in the horse wanted section. Lots of people do it!

Are you looking to pay for the riding though, or just help excersizing?

I have also done similar, and got numerous responses. I think it can work better if you have a horsey website specific for your area.

i wasnt looking to buy, but to loan.
it would be a few days a week. possibly compete if they had the transport.

i cant work out how to put a ad up though haha!

i found someone to ride my horse on here and now they loan her as she goes nicer for her than me, so is worth a try.

Yes definately.
I can't ride at the moment and would be made up to have someone ride two of mine instead of them wasting away in the field, I'm nowhere near you but might be someone in a similar situation near you, you'll never know if you don't try.

I found the ginger one from an advert i placed in local tack shop. Also found several others that way but none quite so special
