Hey,
So I'm just curious as to what everyone does for their fitness regimes, to keep up with their riding? I've got away with the occassional run for fitness when I've simply had the one horse jumping low 1m hunter heights, but this upcoming season I'll have a small team of doing 2 horses - 1.20-1.30m Showjumping and 1.10 Hunter, but these classes generally run pretty close together so I have figured the ocassional run probably isn't going to cut it this year!
So what's your fitness and health regimes?
