Rider insurance recommendations please!

Please could I have some recommendations for rider insurance.

I currently do not own a horse but will be sharing a horse to ride and compete. I have looked at BHS gold, does anyone have this and would they recommend?

I posted on this a few weeks ago now for the same reasons. I looked at Petplan and never got round to asking NFU Mutual. Seem to remember Petplan offered a larger public liability amount.
