I'm meeting a potential share horse in a fortnight after 9 years break since last owning a horse of my own and it's just occurred to me that taking out a rider insurance policy is probably a good move so that I'm covered for public liability when riding someone else's horse. I've just Googled and have come up with Harry Hall Gold, BHS God, Petplan, NFU and The Insurance Emporium. At the moment the Harry Hall insurance policy looks to me to be the most comprehensive but I thought I'd check what everyone else has and more importantly, what they think of it (value for money, ease of claim etc). Thank you :)
