I have a 5yr old who is quite green,we hack out but I need someone to school her for me. Have advertised for a sharer but no response, I know there are people out there who love schooling but dont like hacking.Should I be looking for an enthusiastic teenager? Or someone who wants to do a bit of everything.Where is the best place to advertise apart from my local tack shop? Any advice would be useful.
