Thank you! Also now signed up. I ruddy well am going to ride my horse for longer than 10 mins at a time this year!

(Poor Archie...)

I've signed up too, I've no idea if it will help me as I'm not riding at the moment, but plan to get back in the saddle after 9 years of not riding, I have Long Covid so find exercise difficult but have been practicing gentle yoga and that is (slowly) helping, so I thought I'd give this a try - and it's free 😃

What do they cost on a regular basis @Red-1 ?
I can't remember. It was low enough to pay up for the first three courses, but then high enough that I was disappointed that I didn't get to 'keep' the three courses I'd done, as they would have been enough for me for good. I did email to ask if I could pay extra to simply keep access to them, but got no reply.

At the end of the free courses you get offers with pricing.

The free 5 day challenge was enough for me to really feel a difference in my body, hence signing up.
So, is this done live online, or can anyone join in to see what it's like? I'm certainly interested.
You get access for the duration of the course, plus a few days to catch up. So, for the one month course I presume you will have 2 new lessons released a week (as this is what the paid courses do), and you can watch them at your leisure. Some people did them daily, I did each course once, so was doing Pilates twice a week.

It really did make a difference.

At the end, plus a few days, the link to the courses ceased to work.

I have also signed up - I need to vastly improve my flexibility through my hips/pelvis
This course has really helped my tight hips and improved my general posture and stiffness, hugely. I have done courses 1-3 approximately 3 times now as I personally felt it started to focus heavily on core strength and that was not something that needed improving for me, despite repeating the courses multiple times i still improve all the time and still can’t remember what each session involves, it’s like I’m doing it for the first time!

That's really good to know, thank you! Instructor has been putting balls under my knees to improve the brain to muscle connection for where my legs should be but I need to find that flexibility on my own too

I did sign up and have just watched day 1 and 2’s videos except for the riding one.

Is she always this ‘wordy’? So far, what she talked about in 50 minutes could have easily been condensed into 15 minutes (in my opinion). There was a LOT of repetition and waffle. Those of you who have done her courses before, does it change?

I agree. She does repeat herself a lot.

Also, we are under several inches of snow so I probably won't be able to do the ridden exercise in video 5 until next week, by which time the video will have been taken down.

She chats a lot during her actual videos but it’s all instructive and while you’re doing the exercises. It really is a great series
