I was just wondering who people have their insurance with and who you would recommend

NFU do one as well which also includes vet fees if the horse has an accident.

Otherwise you could go for the BHS Gold membership which is about £50 and you get £10m Third party and no excess to pay.
 
I'm with Petplan, they do 2 levels of insurance for £60 or £85 depending on how much ££ cover you want. I chose them over the BHS as Petplan also offer cover against tack, emergency vets fees, a sum paid out to the owner if the horse you ride is killed due to your actions, and injuries to you amongst other things, whereas BHS is just 3rd party liability.
