My surgeon has said at least a few weeks but I dont want to leave my boy in the field too long as he gets a bit naughty! lol

WEEEEKS i'm afraid. after boob job you won't want to do ANYTHING that involves them moving for weeks. :D

Haven't had mine done, but my friend did and riding was about the last thing she got back to doing. All the bouncing I think!

Good luck, enjoy your new boobs! :D

The first week or two is agony. I would say it was about four or five before getting back in the saddle.
Invest in some decent sports bras and you will be just fine.
Be careful with leading/lungeing etc too as it swells and is sensitive right up into your armpits :)

Thanks for the replys, may have to ask a friend if they want to come and ride my mad beasty of a horse to keep him ticking over! lol

I was back hacking about 3 weeks after breast enlargement and then back in lessons 4 weeks after (doctor recommended waiting 4 weeks on lessons but said I could hack as soon as I felt up to it as pony was a veteran and totally bombproof) I did wait the 4 weeks before restarting lessons, and fell off 6 weeks after the surgery! Whoops. It was grand though. I did wear a sports bra, but you have to do that anyway for the first few months.

Well , I had a facelift 15 months ago and was out of the saddle eight weeks minimum. All the bouncing about would be very bad for the stitches and pull the tissues downwards.
I had to wear a support garment fot a month too. I would adhere strictly to your surgeons advice it would be awful to undo all the good work. I got a super result from taking the upmost care.
