riding along beach's

i was just wondering if anyone new any beaches that you can ride along? preffably east-south coast

well i have had alook at clacton-on-sea but i rang the tourist center and they said to ring the beach people up but i think yu are alowed to ride anywher realy as long as there is no people on there so, early (very) morning or winter? let me know if you do find one
