Hi. Looking for recommendations for soft / comfy riding boots for everyday riding. Around the £100 mark if that’s possible!

I haven't had a pair as I am too addicted to Ariat but I have heard good things about the premier equine boots. They aren't quite £100 but there are a couple of pairs for less than £150.

Or short boots with chaps? If the budget were strictly that, I would get some good short boots and probably a pair of quite basic chaps. The choice here is wide open but just looking at the PE site again they have quite good looking short boots for about £50, and chaps for the same.

I just ride in my ariat paddock boots but I do keep looking at some long casual style riding boots, don't want chunky soles and don't want dressage cut tops... I keep looking

I have Busse Norwich boots and love them, they were £50 in a sale and one of my best bargains ever.

Toggi Calgary. I think they're about £120 new but you often find some very good 2nd hand ones on ebay. The last pair I bought, I got for £80 brand new in the box but technically 2nd hand.

Just after Christmas a couple of years ago I got a brand new pair of Premier Equine long black boots (just everyday ones, not fancy - I don't think they do them anymore) for about £70 from FB Marketplace. I love stuff that's "technically" second hand!

I love mountain horse classic rider short boots with half chaps. I have wide chunky feet and they fit perfectly. I tried ariat but just didn’t like them.

I bought a pair of Premier Equine boots in their sale 3 years ago and they're still going strong and my favourite pair of boots for every day and competition.

If I'm just going for a wander in the hills I wear Dublin jodhpur boots. They were stiff when they came & I thought I wasn't going to like them but they've softened a lot & are now very comfy.
If you combined them with half chaps it would come in under £75 for both.

Another vote for Toggi Calgarys, they go on forever, are super comfortable, and clean up really well despite months/years of neglect. Jod boots Harry Hall Recife are good.

I use the Rhinegolds too for everyday riding. Smart, very comfy and cheap. A lot of boot for your £.
