My requirements

Slim fitting 34 inch calves
Summer boots
Winter boots

Am I best off buying one pair of boots and insulating them with socks when it gets cold or getting a winter and summer pair. I get extremely cold feet in the winter due to poor circulation.

Any recommendations?

Can't recommend the Ariat Insulated Bromonts highly enough for winter - never had even a suggestion of cold tootsies all through this winter! However, I do find them too warm for summer so, if you can afford it, it would be worth getting another pair for warmer weather.

Okay totally confused now. My grandpa ordered me a pair of black brogini tall boots like one of those. My cousin who has been riding since age 3 went on about how they were dressage boots and I would look stupid wearing them. Luckily I just put them away as there was no way I was getting rid.
Can someone confirm if they are dressage boots cause if not only need to worry about winter boots. Cheers all
