Riding cameras - recommends

can anyone help! There were recent posts about a camera that you clipped to your clothes, rather than wore on your helmet.

Are they any good - and where can you get one and are the expensive ones lots better?
Hoping you get some replies, as I'd love to know whether the body-worn cameras are any good. I don't fancy wearing a helmet mounted one

I bought a techalogic dc 1 and had it on my hat for a while. Hated it as it gave me a headache, but overall felt it was good in all other respects so i tried it on a shoulder mount. Same problem but sore shoulder, like a bag on your shoulder that you cant change to the other shoulder if you know what i mean. So, after looking about and finding there isnt a decent alternative i made my own leg strap, a loop pf webbing, so camera is now attached to my leg just under the knee and the mount also tucks in my chaps. Its secure and works ok there with a decent view of traffic. Better than a head mounting as my leg doesnt move around so much looking a stuff!

I only wear my techalogic on my head - it sticks out so it is visible to drivers. The actual act of wearing it is the deterrent I've found. They don't slow for me, but they do for the camera

It does come with a body harness thing too, but I've got used to it on my head.
