Riding clubs in Hampshire - Alton area

Hey,

I am moving my pony in 2 weeks to a new yard down in Medstead and am just wondering about riding clubs in that area.

Any help would be great?

Good luck with your move - sorry that no-one has replied to your post. I am not far from Medstead (I work in Alton) but I don't do English riding (western) but anyway I would say trot down to TDS (Saddlery) they have a great big noticeboard in the entrance and there are loads of ads on there. Sure you will find something (or maybe ask one of the people in the shop). They all seem nice and friendly. Around the corner is Ian McNeills too (Saddlery etc).
Medstead and Four Marks is a very horsey area so I am very sure you will not have any problems. Best of luck.

Wey valley or Tilford are very good and do trips, training, teams and shows- well worth a lookie x

Remembered this morning which Riding Club I once belonged to (when I rode English) - Hampshire Rural Riding Club. I have since seen their name performing in the quadrille. The other one I used to belong to was Meon Riding Club (but they are more Wickham area though not miles away from Medstead).

I was just going to suggest Hamshire Rural, there is Winchester Riding Club as well.
