Riding Clubs, Oxon?

Can anyone recommend one in Oxon? I just want to get out and about with the new(ish) girl, have a bit of fun, do some clinics etc.

Just want to have some fun

And must not mind my slightly cantankerous old baggage who sometimes has quite a lot to say for herself

Theres North Oxford, or Buckingham.
Buckingham is best if you are in Banbury area as they hold a lot of things at Aston le Walls, Solihull and MKEC, plus Radway.

or Evenlode, who run dressage at Lynham and other events around Witney

Depends which side of Oxford you are

The Witney side has the West oxfordshire riding club and the Evenlode

SORC ( www.Sorc.biz ) is good. or Berkshire downs is very casual (its not affiliated though) www.berkshiredownsridingclub.co.uk they are very friendly but their clinics and shows are generally held in pants venues.

I am a member of West Oxfordshire and will be joining Evenlode when I get round to it.

Horse is about 30 mins away from Banbury though (well that's how long it takes me minus trailer), she's in Charlbury.

West Oxon are OK, not going to set the world on fire but are a solid club and it is easy to get on the teams

They do events at my YOs place, so good for me! There is a good horse camp every year too and there are teaching clinics within 30 mins of Charlbury.
