Riding clubs S Wales - which do you go to?

I'm pretty centralised for the three riding clubs I know about, just wondering who here in south wales goes to club and which one you go to?

I have heard Southerndown is the best, but a bit competitive. Mynydd is busy as hell and haven't heard much about Millbrook to be fair.

Southerdown VERY busy!! And Mynydd is good I hear. Never heard of Millbrook, where is it based? Riders 2000 at Alps court in wenvoe?

Millbrook is held at Talygarn on a Monday.

Never heard of the one at Alps, is it any good?

Think annagain might be part of Riders 2000 - maybe worth PMing her. I went and got photos of Alps XC course on the Unaff XC Course Photos facebook page, it's a nice place

Cwmamman RC is a relatively new Club, but up and coming, they won the BRC of the Year in 2010. So they are doing something right.

Yes Riders 2000 are ok, depending what your looking for, Alps have good facilities though and are easy to get to.

I've been a member of Torfaen RC past 3yrs but its rammed with kids amongst other things, so going with Usk Valley RC this year (16yrs+ only lol) they do loads. I've been upto Islwyn with a friend who's a member they are a lovely friendly bunch & have good shows, I'd join if I had transport! I have to go with what I can hack to or maybe grab a lift.
