Hi all, I'm looking for someone to hack out with! I have 4 horses and 2 are great to hack alone but two are rather unknown quantities and I'd love some help. If anyone has their own horse and would come along for a ride once or twice a week even that would be great or if someone would like to ride one of my well behaved ones they are also most welcome. The well behaved 2 are virtually novice rides although I'd want someone who can rise to the trot and won't hang on their mouths...... If you want, you can also ride one of them in local shows or something as I have my own transport. I'm not looking to pay someone to do this and would not expect any work in return- other than tacking up, grooming etc. If anyone wants to help or knows someone who would please get in touch. xx

Doh! Deleted as although I read the post three times, I didn't see the location was in the title! :o

I havent looked at it properly but i was trying to find about bridleways near me so went on to bridleways.co.uk and there is a thing where you can sign up to your area to find people to hack with. I dont know what its like or if it would be of any use to you

I hadn't seen this when I started my thread yesterday, but I have to admit I'm so tempted to ask more questions! I'm sure it would be most impractical though, as I'd have to get trains into and out of London, then work out how to get to your yard, but still...

(I don't suppose you're anywhere near a station...?)

Hey Jen, I'm near lots of stations! Probably the easiest to get to from London would be Aylesbury but I dunno if it might work out quite expensive? I'm also not far from Thame station, Haddenham or Aylesbury Parkway. I don't mind picking you up from a station if you can get there. Why don't you buy a moped? ;)
