Riding gear for small children

I am buying my god daughter her first 'proper' riding kit for christmas, she is 3 so wear on earth do I go to get it? She has a hat so I guess jods, boots etc.

Buddies do TINY stuff, have seen it on a fair few 4 year olds that come up the the RS I worked at. They are lovely things
