Does anyone know of any? I am on my third pair of gloves this year and they have already got a hole in (not impressed as only had them just over a month) :(

I don't think I'm particularly hard-handed, but I ride a few horses a day so need gloves that can take some use. Anyone have any ideas/which gloves do you use/recommend?

Thanks

My Mac Wet gloves are getting on for two years old and still fully intact. I am a one horse owner so less use than you'll give them.

Another vote for the mac wet ones, they lasted me for years. Currently on my second pair of ariats, first pair lasted 2 years of riding most days

I use sailing gloves which are really tough - I particularly like the ones with thumb and forefinger open so I can do buckles etc. I wear mine all day round the yard and riding, and I have 2 pairs (one on, one in the wash!) which have lasted 2 years and I don't plan to buy new ones this winter:)

Thanks for the replys guys, hmm interesting! I have had Roeckls before and they last about 6 months to a year, they are quite dear though as gloves go so, hence why I've been looking for other types. Have heard Macwets generally have a good reputation (except yours obviously doonrocket!), might give them a go. Not heard of the SRL ones or seen sailing ones but will look them up. :)
