Riding Holiday Reccomendations

Would love a reccommendation for a riding holiday anywhere in the UK, I want somewhere that will take a group varying in ages 16-19, would like somewhere that would allow us to focus on XC and SJ. Just came back from a fab riding holiday but despite ridin 3 hrs a day we only jumped twice.

Havent been on them but from what I see/read, the Irish places tend to be a good deal more adventurous in what you can do, they might be worth considering, ok not UK but as easy to get to?
