riding holidays!!

would like to go on a riding holiday when i turn 18 and break up from college! Just wondered if anybody knew of any good places, experienced rider doing my level three in horse care at college so want one with a bit of everything, hacking/jumping etc.
If anybody has somewhere they can recommend it would be appreciated
