Do you carry on as in the summer or do you change your routines?

As I work full time and start early, I have no choice but to ride once I get home-Summer or Winter.

I used to carry on as normal because I could ride around uni stuff, but this winter I'll be working (if I actually find a job

) so he'll just be ridden at weekends. I could go in the school in the evenings, but we both hate it.

I'll be carrying on as usual in the winter. I'd prefer to be able to ride in the mornings in the winter but we can't go onto the yard until 7.30 so I don't have time

We've got a floodlit school though, so I will be schooling in the evenings.

I try to ride as much as possible in winter. Work gets in the way though. Once clocks change i ride at 6am, until i run out of light in mornings. We have no arena at our yard so have to have enough light to hack safely. I do risk life and limb once a week to ride out in the dark with lights and an escort car to take the boy to an arena at the other end of village. I feel really guilty if he doesn't get ridden dueing week as he loves going out, and tends to boil over if not taken out at least every other day.

Don't ride after school in the winter. A. because it's too dark, and B. because the riding school doesn't do evening lessons.

Ride at the weekends though.

mum rides her/lunges her for me as i cant ride due to school. On thursdays we usually go to a local indoor show, whether just to use the warm up ring to school her or to actually compete.
